A multi-sector partnership improving lives by sharing the core strengths of the Coca-Cola ecosystem to support Africa's Ministries of Health to put life-saving medicines within reach of every person and motivate people to seek health services.

Managed by GETF, which provides strategic advisory, program design, project management and grants administration, this pioneering partnership between the President’s Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief, the United States Agency for International Development, the Global Fund to fight AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation and The Coca-Cola Company and its Foundation has supported Ministries of Health and partners in 17 African countries and will continue to grow its impact on the continent into 2026. In South Africa, Project Last Mile is administered under the “Next Mile Mzansi” mechanism, funded by USAID Southern Africa.
