Scott Denlinger

Scott Denlinger is the Chief Financial Officer of the Global Environment and Technology Foundation (GETF) overseeing GETF’s financial health as well as its regulatory and tax compliance.

In over 25 years of service in public accounting as an auditor, accounting professional and business consultant, Scott has focused most of his career on service to the nonprofit sector. He served as the partner on audits of charitable organizations and trade associations, including audits in accordance with Government Auditing Standards. On the consulting side, he designed and managed outsourced CFO and accounting engagements for various nonprofit organizations. His involvement in the nonprofit community has included numerous speaking engagements and articles on best practices and financial management. In addition, he volunteers as both an advisor and board member to various organizations that help abused and neglected children, provide food and shelter for those in need, and provide support and advocacy for individuals battling various health conditions.

Scott is committed to helping GETF maximize its funding dollars, ensure its long-term viability and remain compliant with all regulatory requirements.

Scott is a certified public accountant and holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Maryland.
