Marc Dettmann is a Program Director at the Global Environment & Technology Foundation (GETF) overseeing two programs, the Water and Development Alliance (WADA) and the Governance Research on Water Systems (GROWS).
WADA has reached more than 700,000 people with improved WASH access, economically empowered over 3,100 women and has over one million acres of land under improved watershed management. Prior to this role, he managed partner relationships for the U.S. Water Partnership with MCC, State Department, USAID and 17 other federal agencies as well as 26 private companies and over 70 civil society organizations.
Marc is committed to developing and delivering sustainable outcomes for communities around the world. He works collaboratively with diverse partners to find solutions to global water challenges. He holds a Master of Public Policy from the University of Minnesota.
