Madeline Flamik

Madeline Flamik is the Program Manager, Corporate Sustainability & Partnerships at GETF, where she drives corporate partnerships and programs focused on corporate water stewardship, circular economy solutions, and women’s economic empowerment.

She collaborates with multi-sector partners to design and implement high-impact sustainability initiatives globally.

In her role, Madeline managed the New World Program in partnership with The Coca-Cola Foundation, a platform designed to create innovative solutions aligned with the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Implemented across 28 countries, the program expanded access to water, sanitation, and hygiene (WASH) services, strengthened community resilience, and supported women’s empowerment, positively impacting over 1 million people. She also supports corporate volumetric water benefit accounting strategy design and implementation.

Madeline leads women for water, Global Water Challenge (GWC)’s clean water and women’s empowerment action platform and oversees the Partnership for a Circular Tomorrow (PACT), a multi-stakeholder initiative funded by The Coca-Cola Foundation that accelerates circular economy progress across Eurasia and the Middle East.

She holds a Master of Science in Sustainability Management from American University’s Kogod School of Business and a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations with concentrations in the developing world and environmental science from the State University of New York College at Geneseo. She is also a certified Project Manager in Development.
